This cool R&B cat certainly isn't trying to go to jail over some damn cherries. One thing you have to do when stepping into another country is to arm yourself with knowledge regarding their laws. And Usher said he's collecting his coins, going home, AND staying out of jail! Usher’s "Past Present Future" tour stop made its way to Abu Dhabi over the weekend, but his viral cherry segment was completely omitted from the show. The segment, usually consists of Usher walking through the crowd, and seductively feeding cherries to lustful female fans. “Sorry ladies and gentlemen, no, I won’t be giving out any cherries tonight,” Usher told the audience with a cheeky grin, “but I got nothing but love for you. I give you my heart in exchange for the cherries.”
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) enforces strict public decency laws that prohibit heavy displays of affection and raunchy performances. If such rules are broken, this could lead to fines, deportation, and even jail time. Shout out to his team for preparing him, and getting on top of this. All it takes is for him to mess around with the wrong woman, and her rough neck husband will do a lot more than just throw his bold little ass in a cell!
