That is why some will orchestrate a PR stunt to showcase themselves in a "happy place." They do it to make people think they're happy and living their best and happy, unbothered life. It really isn't the flex they think it is. All it does is show people that you ARE indeed bothered. Sometimes the best PR move is to stay your arse in hibernation. But clearly, Blake Lively isn't getting the memo.
In between this lawsuit and her husband's very questionable parenting skills (Kidpool-gate), I think her latest publicity stunt may have just backfired, horribly. She committed a huge health code violation when she had her greasy, dirty hair hanging over a tray of donuts during a visit to her friend's bakery Rise Doughnuts in Wilton. I use to work in a bakery myself and we were never allowed to start our shift without a hairnet. It is so easy for food to be contaminated by foreign objects.
Blake's PR campaign began over the weekend where the actress and her sister Robyn baked and served donuts to the general public. This was amid her ongoing legal battle with co-star and director Justin Baldoni. The actress filed a lawsuit against Baldoni and his team accusing them of sexual harassment among other stuff and in response, he filed a $400 million defamation lawsuit.
As for this latest mishap, she really did bake those donuts with her greasy hair all up in the food and now the public may very well have been chomping on lice-infested donuts. Nasty!
