Cassie versus Diddy: Suicidal ideation, and a $20 million payout

A lot of people think that $20 million is a lot of money, and to the regular folk, it most likely is. Many of us won't see that much money in a lifetime. However, after surviving sexual abuse, coercion of performing lewd sexual acts, and physical abuse at the alleged hands of Diddy, it is quite safe to say, Cassie was severely underpaid.

Taking to the stand in Manhattan federal court again yesterday (May 14th), Cassie revealed her mind-blowing 2023 lawsuit against Diddy was settled for $20 million. This being the first time, such an amount has been disclosed. The civil case, was settled within 24 hours of going public. Who the hell were her advisers? The extent of her trauma, would mean she could easily have bled him for $50 million, easily. If she went ahead, and published her trauma in a book (as was the initial plan), she would have earned way more. 

In early 2023, she suffered severe PTSD, and admits during that time, she became  suicidal. She shares with the jury, that the pain was too much, she didn't want to be alive any more. She was so depressed, she admits, she tried to walk out the front door into traffic. She credits her husband, Alex Fine, for stopping her. Thank you Mr Fine, for being her saviour, and protector.
