The civil lawsuit filed against Chris by Abe Diaw, has been dismissed! The lawsuit, saw Diaw, accusing Breezy of assaulting him with a bottle of tequila at TAPE nightclub in London in 2023. This new development took place after both parties reached an agreement.
On Friday, Diaw requested that the case be dismissed with prejudice, meaning it cannot be reopened. Despite the resolution of the civil lawsuit, the criminal case is still ongoing.
This was always about the money. Hope Diaw is enjoying his newly paid for mansion, luxury cars and plethora of women, however long that lasts, while CB is able to eventually put this whole fiasco behind him.
