Filing a restraining order against your baby mother, when there is one already in place, for YOU, to stay away from HER, is as petty as it gets! And no judge was ever going to fall for THAT!
Apparently, the judge wasn’t moved by DDG’s last minute emergency motion against Halle Bailey, and it was swiftly denied. His attempt to stop Halle from traveling to Italy for work with their son Halo, has also been denied. The court sided with Halle, who is now free to travel with Halo.
DDG filed an emergency motion on June 4th, claiming Halle posed an “imminent, emotional and psychological risk” to their child. He also asked for sole, legal and physical custody of Halo, or at a minimum, for all custody exchanges to be handled by a third party.
Halle responded, by filing to deny his request, and asked the court for permission to travel for work as planned, which has now been granted. She also requested that the court issue orders, preventing DDG, his family, and his friends, from posting about her, their son, or the case on any platform.
The judge denied him, because he waited a whole year to file. If he thought his child truly was in danger, his filing would have been much more imminent, and he would have got the authorities involved. But, he waited to file, right after she filed first, and, to the judge, it only looked like an act of retaliation. So a judge basically said, "no, dude! I'm not with the bullshit today! CASE CLOSED!"
