LADY GAGA ISSUES STATEMENT AFTER AN ALLEGED PLOT TO BOMB HER CONCERT IN BRAZIL

Concerts and live shows with huge crowds are enough to freak anyone out, and what almost happened at Lady Gaga’s historic, record breaking concert, is absolutely terrifying. This wasn’t just an attempted concert attack. It was a planned act of homophobic violence. 

The concert was attended by a record-breaking 2.5 million people, and with Gaga's very large gay following,  a concert of that magnitude, was always going to be targeted. She speaks out via her rep, after police arrested two people in connection with an alleged plot to bomb her free "Mayhem" concert in Brazil on Saturday. 

According to the police, the two people arrested are part of a terrorist group with anti-LGBTQ views.  Homophobia is still very much alive today sadly. Thank goodness law enforcement and security were able to step in, and prevent such an evil plot from taking place.
