Tonya Granberry said in a statement, that she broke up a fight between Halle Bailey and one of DDG’s female friends. This occured after Halle tracked DDG and the woman to a movie theatre, by placing an Apple AirTag in his vehicle.
Ms Granberry claims the first AirTag was discovered in June 2023, under the back seat of DDG’s Maybach. The cat was let out the bag, after Halle showed up, while he was at the movies with the unidentified woman.
She says Halle called her upset, claiming she was going to “fuck him up,” and alleges Halle tried to fight the female friend. She says she had to step in, and de-escalate the situation.
The next day, they pondered on how she knew his exact location, and when they searched the vehicle, they found the AirTag.
Days later, her fiancé, who also happens to be DDG’s driver, kept getting notifications about being tracked by an AirTag. He searched the Escalade they were in, and found it in the trunk area.
This would go on, to become the first of many AirTags implanted in multiple vehicles. Now Ms Granberry is willing, to testify in court, to argue how these actions have caused her son emotional distress, and safety concerns. Yikes!
