Beyoncé playfully jokes about almost falling from her airlifted car during tour

Sometimes, you gotta laugh at yaself! Moments ago, Beyoncé took to Instagram to share a recap video of her "Cowboy Carter" tour stop in Houston. 

It featured a montage including the moment she almost fell out of an airlifted car when it tilted mid air. She captioned the post, “Sittin’ Sidewayz” with Paul Wall and Big Pokey’s song of the same name playing over the clip. 

Unsurprisingly, she ditched that segment of the show for evening two in Houston last night!
