Did Lana Del Rey lowkey shade Beyoncé?!

Lana Del Rey tells W magazine that she was ahead of the curve on the country music trend.

No one else was thinking about country music 8 years ago, she says, which is bound to spark up some controversy.

NINE years ago, Lady Gaga released her album "Joanne" in 2016, and that album incorporated elements of country, rock, and folk. Beyoncé released a country song NINE years ago... "Daddy Lessons."

So, if this was a lowkey shade towards Beyoncé’s "Cowboy Carter," she has failed dismally.
